Can´t figure out how the tree mode works 1 Year, 3 Months ago Karma: 0
Have installed the latest version om ZAP Calender. I apprecsiate the possibility to use tree mode in the zap controller. But I can not make it work the way I want:

When I mark a child category - the parent will be maked aswell and all events shown...

I'm not sure what you mean. You can toggle all the categories in the group on or off or toggle a category individually. If you can give me the steps you are doing that will help me to better understand the issue. Thanks.

Hi

You can se what I mean on my demo site:

Try to toggle only one subcategory, update the calender - and it will show the everything from the "sister" categries aswell

The tree-mode looks reallys nice. But if you can not mark one single category without getting everything marked - then it is of no use

Or ist here some kind of setting that I missunderstand?

You should be able to select a single category, a group of categories, or all categories. Is this not what you are seeing?

Hi all,

I am having the same problem.
1.When I click the update calendar button - nothing happens.
2.Also I tried making a view with only one category and then assigning that view to a menu item in the main menu but I get the default calendar instead of the new view I created.
